Thanksgiving Point is hosting a variety of seasonal events throughout October, featuring fall colors, Halloween-themed activities, and cultural celebrations. The programming includes traditions such as the Scarecrow Festival and Día de los Muertos across its various locations.
The Scarecrow Festival is scheduled to return to Ashton Gardens from Oct. 12–17. During this event, 50 acres of the gardens will feature imaginative scarecrows and carved pumpkins submitted by community members. Guests visiting on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday can find local vendors, seasonal food, and family-friendly activities alongside the garden views.
For active visitors, the Scarecrow 5K is scheduled for Oct. 17. The race will wind through Ashton Gardens and the Discovery Garden, allowing runners to pass community-created scarecrows along the course.
Cornbelly's is offering a promotion through Oct. 31 for Thanksgiving Point members. Guests who purchase or renew a Family Level or higher membership with auto-renew will receive one free Cornbelly's Season Pass, valued at $100. This pass can be used at Cornbelly's locations in Lehi and Spanish Fork, as well as at Frightbelly's.
Additionally, Thanksgiving Point will host a Día de los Muertos celebration on Oct. 24. The event is intended to provide a vibrant experience of culture and tradition through live entertainment, traditional music, and dance.
