With heavy rain and potential flooding expected this weekend as what is now Tropical Storm Rachel hits Utah, cities across the Wasatch Front have made sandbags available to residents to prepare for the storm. According to the 4Warn Weather team, what’s left of Hurricane Rachel will hit Utah over the weekend, with widespread precipitation totaling anywhere from 1 to 3 inches through Monday morning.
