The following ordinance was adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council,

Logan, Utah on August 18, 2026.

ORD. 26-14 – CODE AMENDMENT – Ordinance amending the Land Development

Code Chapter 17.24 “Development Standards for Wetlands”.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon publication. Full text of the ordinance

may be reviewed at the Office of the Logan City Recorder, City Hall, 290 North 100

West, Logan, Utah during regular business hours, on the Logan City website at

www.loganutah.gov or the Utah Public Notice Website at
