Chair Thomas called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM
Review of Agenda
Commissioner Hollingsworth asked about the utilities for Lumina on the southwest corner of lot 12. Senior
Planner Tayler Jensen stated there has been no concern with easements or utilities on the property.
Public Hearings (with Recommendation to City Council for Final Action)
No Comments. No questions.
Training (as needed)
Senior Assistant Attorney Duncan Murray conducted training on drafting and recommending City Code text
amendments.
