A Utah man has been charged after allegedly stealing from Breeze Airways and then faking his death. Felix Odiott Beltran, 39, has been charged with theft by deception of over $5,000 and attempted theft by deception over $5,000. According to court documents, Beltran worked for the Utah-based airline Breeze Airways until he was placed on an unpaid suspension on Dec.
