Kobayashi is recalling about 77,000 HotHands rechargeable hand warmers. The recall covers model H163650 rechargeable hand warmers with a white HotHands logo. They were sold in packs of two at Target, The Home Depot, Bass Pro Shops, Meijer and other stores nationwide.
