After careful consideration of current wildfire conditions, the cities of North Ogden, Pleasant View, and Harrisville, in conjunction with North View Fire District, have jointly determined not to designate any local exceptions to Governor Spencer Cox’s Executive Order.

As a result, consumer fireworks may not be discharged within the city limits of North Ogden, Pleasant View, or Harrisville.

Please see the attached letter for further details.

We encourage citizens follow each city’s social media accounts over the next few days for further information regarding each municipality’s specific guidance and enforcement policies.
