The West Warren Park Administrative Control Board scheduled a meeting for September 14, 2026, according to a September 1 statement. The meeting is set to take place at 7:00 PM at 7740 W. 900 S. in Ogden.
The agenda for the meeting includes several governance actions. The board is scheduled to review and vote on the approval of minutes from the previous meeting and the approval of warrants and checks. These checks involve the West Warren-Warren Water Improvement District, Civic Plus, Calene Ingram, Steven Davis and Associates, and Amy Coleman.
Additionally, the board will address the adoption or approval of a Master Plan and discuss Ramp Grants for 2027. These grant categories include Major, Arts and Museums, Recreation and Parks, and EZ Grants.
The meeting will also cover park operations and maintenance. Recent maintenance updates include the Whiskey Arena Riding Club, where dirt was redistributed around the warm up arena and trash items, including concrete and asphalt, were removed from the arena parking lot.
