WASHINGTON COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — I-15 is closed to northbound traffic near Washington Parkway due to a multi-vehicle crash. According to the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), northbound I-15 is closed to all traffic at milepost 13, near Washington Parkway, due to a crash.
