(Salt Lake City, UT) — Flood watches remain in effect across parts of central and southern Utah Thursday. The National Weather Service says repeated thunderstorms could produce two to three inches of rain in some locations. Flash flooding is possible in slot canyons, normally dry washes and low-water crossings.
