Duchesne County Clerk-Auditor Chelise Curtis issued a notice regarding the 2026 General Election. The election was scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

Candidates not affiliated with a political party had a filing period for the Declaration of Candidacy that began on Friday, January 2, 2026, and ended on Monday, June 15, 2026.
Military or overseas voters were permitted to use an electronic transmission system or other approved methods to apply for a ballot by the Friday immediately before the election.
