The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing on July 16, 2026, to receive community comment regarding Ordinance 26-20. This ordinance involves substituting NCC 5.08 Residential Solicitation.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. at Nibley City Hall, located at 455 W 3200 S in Nibley, Utah.
According to the public notice, a full report regarding the ordinance and budget resolution will be available on the Nibley City website by Tuesday, July 14, 2026, as part of the City Council agenda and packet report.
Interested parties or applicants wishing to provide feedback are encouraged to submit written or emailed comments. To allow the Council sufficient time for review and consideration, comments should be submitted no later than 5:00 PM MDT on the Wednesday prior to the meeting. Submissions can be made via mail to Nibley City or through email to Cheryl Bodily.
Individuals who wish to comment after the submission deadline may do so during the public hearing itself.
