The commission will hold a public hearing regarding Ordinance 26-16. Following the hearing, the commission will consider a recommendation for the same ordinance.
Other items on the agenda include a discussion and consideration for a recommendation regarding Ordinance 26-13. This measure would amend NCC 19.24.150 concerning permitted signs, including provisions related to political and temporary signage, setbacks, and permit requirements. The commission is also scheduled to hold a workshop regarding a home business regulation framework.
The meeting will also involve the discussion and consideration of approving the meeting minutes from Oct. 29, 2026, alongside the current agenda. Per the notice, no agenda item shall begin after 10:00 PM MT unless there is a unanimous vote by the Nibley City Planning and Zoning Commission. Unresolved items may be continued to a future regularly scheduled meeting.
