According to the Probable Cause Statement, on September 23rd in Uintah County, 18-year-old Alexander Antillon was driving a black Jeep with no license plate. A traffic stop was conducted in the Vernal area and a records check of the vehicle's VIN number showed the vehicle was reported stolen out of the Wasatch Front.
