The bottom line? A dry cold front will swing through the northern portions of Utah helping to cool temperatures back to average while southern Utah remains locked in the heat. Elevated fire danger and warmer temperatures will continue across the southern and eastern portions of Utah where Red Flag Warnings and heat alerts remain in effect.
