At least 18 additional felony charges have been added against a man arrested early this month in Duchesne County following an investigation into ongoing domestic violence. It is alleged that 36-year-old Selby Reinhardt body slammed, choked out, and tased the victim repeatedly related to the most recent event of domestic violence prior to arrest.
