Weber State University Athletics has announced several recent achievements involving academic excellence and athletic performance. Freestone and Visser were recently named the 2025-26 Weber State Big Sky Scholar Athletes.
Additionally, Weber State led the Big Sky Conference with 101 Spring Academic All-Conference honors.
The Women's Track & Field program concluded its season at the NCAA First Round meet. During the season, Charlotte Wilkinson set a school record.
Earlier in the season, the WSU women's track and field team qualified five athletes for the NCAA First Round.
Other recent athletic honors include Amber Henry and Willie Sojourner being named to the Big Sky Hall of Fame.
