PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on: Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers located
at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628.
The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on: A Transportation Master Plan
initiated by Eureka City.

I, the duly appointed and acting clerk for the Town of Eureka, hereby certify that copies of the
foregoing Public Hearing Notice for A Transportation Master Plan were posted at three public
places within the municipality this 1st day of July 2026 which places are:

2. United States Post Office, 482 East Main Street, Eureka, Utah 84628
