The E-Bike program offers incentives for residents in Davis, Salt Lake, Tooele, Utah, and Weber counties to purchase an e-bike from an approved store.

Program incentive details
Get $400 towards a new e-bike,
or $800 if you qualify based on income.Why get an e-bike?
Now more than ever, Utah residents are looking for different transportation options. An e-bike can be a great alternative to driving a car, giving you an extra boost of power to get you where you need to go and reducing air pollution while doing it.An e-bike can help you:

Participant eligibility requirements
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must live in Davis, Salt Lake, Tooele, Weber or Utah County.
You must apply and be approved to participate (see application steps below). Purchases made before you get approved are not eligible.
You must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the program.
How it worksStep 1: Submit a quick eligibility application
Fill out a quick 15-minute eligibility application to ensure you qualify for the program.
We’ll let you know if you are approved.
We need to know:
Your contact information (name, email, phone number)
Your age and current home address (with documentation verification uploaded)
If you qualify for the higher voucher amount based on your income (with documentation uploaded)

REQUIRED: Watch a quick 6-minute online safety video and review other safety information.
This requirement is in place to help everyone ride safely and have a better experience with their new e-bike.

After you have completed Steps 1 and 2, you will receive an email with instructions on how to use your voucher to purchase an e-bike.
Shop around, test drive, compare specs, and explore your options before you buy!
Go to an approved store to purchase your e-bike within 2 weeks.
Due to popular demand, this time limit is in place to ensure more people get to participate in the program.
