The Erda City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Oct. 27, 2026, regarding a conditional use permit request from Cole West, according to a notice published Oct. 15.
The hearing is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the Erda City Office, located at 2163 West Erda Way next to the Erda Fire Station.
Cole West is requesting permission for a temporary sales trailer to be situated on Godiva Lane. The request specifies that the trailer would be located on lots 537 and 538 and would be used until a model home is constructed at the site.
Individuals wishing to participate in the hearing have the right to attend and speak. However, the Planning Commission will rely only on evidence rather than opinion or conjecture when making its decision.
Written comments may also be submitted by the public. To ensure comments are provided to both the Planning Commission and the applicant in an appropriate manner, the notice requests that they be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled hearing.
