Two recalls announced October 15 involve products that could cause serious injuries or death. Papablic is recalling about 248 convertible bedside sleepers with play-yard extensions. The mattress can become displaced, allowing a baby to become trapped between the sleeping pad and bottom of the product and creating a deadly suffocation hazard.
