The Boulder Town Council will hold a special meeting on Monday, April 20, 2026. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. at the Boulder Community Center located at 351 North 100 East in Boulder, Utah.
This notice is provided in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, Utah Code § 52-4-202.
The meeting agenda includes opening procedures such as the call to order, determination of a quorum, the pledge of allegiance, and a motion to adopt the agenda. The council will also include a declaration of conflicts of interest.
A work session is scheduled for discussion only, during which the council will address the FY27 tentative budget, a tax rate increase, and legal priorities. No action will be taken during this portion of the meeting.
The agenda also includes a closed session, which requires a motion to enter and exit, and a return to regular meeting for discussion and possible action before adjournment.
