The Cornish Town Council is scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026, according to a notice published Oct. 20. The meeting is set to begin at 7:00 PM and is expected to conclude by 9:00 PM.
The meeting will be held at the Cornish Town Hall, located at 4788 W 14300 N, Cornish, Utah. For those attending remotely via Zoom, residents may request a meeting link by emailing clerk@cornish.utah.gov or by calling the town clerk at 435-754-3067.
The agenda includes staff reports from Town Clerk Madi Smith and Water Master Clayton Richardson. The council will review and approve the minutes from the Oct. 7, 2026, meeting. Business items include a Cornish Minute by Brad Fisher and a review of the Cache County Flood Risk Discovery Meeting by Councilmember Creech. Additionally, the council will discuss and take action on bills.
Council members will provide reports regarding roads, planning and zoning, parks, finance, and the water utility. Specific reports are scheduled from John Forsgren, Colton Creech, Chris Buxton, and Brad Fisher. The meeting will also include a report from the mayor.
An open session is designated for citizen comments, with each speaker limited to three minutes. While the council may discuss immediate matters of concern, the notice states that immediate action will not be taken during the meeting to ensure proper public notice; necessary actions will be listed on a subsequent agenda. The council may also vote to enter an executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52,4,5.
