UTAH COUNTY Utah (ABC4) — The Utah County Attorney's Office has reportedly reached a settlement in a civil lawsuit with Michael Aaron Jayne, the man accused of hitting and killing a Santaquin Police Officer. Michael Aaron Jayne allegedly struck and killed Sergeant Bill Hooser during a traffic stop on May 5, 2024.
