WEBER COUNTY, Utah, Sept. 6, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — A motorcyclist died Saturday afternoon in a traffic collision related to the Broad Fire, which started that day near the mouth of Weber Canyon. “Traffic was backed up because of the fire closure in the canyon,” Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Van Roosendaal told Gephardt Daily.
