DAVIS COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A man has been arrested and is facing numerous felony charges after allegedly sexually exploiting a minor. Oscar Mauricio Avellaneda Martinez, 35, is facing charges of sexual exploitation of a minor, unlawful sexual activity with a minor, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
