The USDB Expanded Core Services Team hosted Sensory Learning Carnivals for students birth through age 7 at three Wasatch Front campus locations. These carnivals provided sensory stations for students to explore with support.
The carnivals, which included back-to-school and fall themes, featured multiple sensory activities and a lighted quiet sensory space. The events were designed for students with visual impairments or multiple impairments.
Scheduled sessions occurred at the following locations:
In Ogden, sessions were held on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026, for ages birth to 3 years from 12:30-2:30 and ages birth to 7 years from 3:30-6:00.
In Springville, sessions were held on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026, for ages birth to 3 years from 12:30-2:30 and ages birth to 7 years from 3:30-6:00.
