The Boulder Town Council and Planning Commission have announced upcoming April 2026 meetings, both including instructions for individuals requiring special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The Boulder Town Council scheduled a special meeting for Monday, April 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. to conduct a work session on the FY27 tentative budget, a tax rate increase, and legal priorities, according to a public notice from the town.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Boulder Town Office requested that individuals needing reasonable accommodations notify the office via phone or email at least one week before the meeting.
The Boulder Planning Commission is scheduled to meet Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Boulder Community Center. The agenda includes reports on the American Planning Association Utah Conference and discussions regarding the General Plan, zoning code next steps, and a draft RSTR CUP application form.
Similar to the Town Council's notice, the Planning Commission stated that individuals needing ADA accommodations should provide at least one week's notice to the Boulder Town Office.
In nearby Washington County, the Santa Clara Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
The commission plans to review a project plan amendment for the Desert Village Community located at 2540 Lava Lane and discuss updates to City Code Title 17. The City of Santa Clara noted that individuals needing special accommodations should notify the city at least 24 hours in advance.
