Area And Road ClosuresPROHIBITIONSPursuant to 16 U.S.C. § 551 and 36 C.F.R. § 261.50 (a) and (b), the following acts are prohibited on the National Forest System Area and Roads in the Heber-Kamas Ranger District, Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forests. Described below and shown on the attached map incorporated into this Order as Exhibit A. This Order will be in effect July 13, 2026, and shall remain in effect until August 31, 2026, unless rescinded.Being in or upon the Area including all roads within the area as described below and shown on the attached map. This includes all pedestrians, hikers, equestrians, bicycles, and any type of motorized vehicle. [36 CFR § 261.53(e)]Being in or upon the Currant Ridge Road (Forest Service Road #70080), Low Pass Creek Road (Forest Service Road #70106) and West Side Currant Creek Road (Forest Service Road #70471) as described below and shown on the attached map. This includes all pedestrians, hikers, equestrians, bicycles, and any type of motorized vehicle.
