The Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 28, 2026, to consider a proposed PUD Overlay Zone application. The hearing is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Civic Center located at 102 South Tremont Street in Tremonton, Utah.
The proposed application involves applying a PUD Overlay Zone, as found in Chapter 1.33, to parcel 06-059-01105. This parcel is situated at the north end of 2650 West in Tremonton.
During the hearing, the commission will hear public comments and give consideration to the application.
