The Tremonton City Planning Commission will host a public hearing on April 28, 2026, to discuss the proposed application of a Single-Family Residential Transition Overlay. The hearing is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. or shortly after at the Civic Center located at 102 South Tremont Street in Tremonton.
During the session, officials will hear public comments and consider the application for parcels 05-060-0088 and 05-060-0089. These parcels are situated at 190 S 900 W, Tremonton, Utah.
The proposed overlay is found in Chapter 1.16.235 of the city code.
Members of the public may submit comments regarding this proposal to Tiffany Lannefeld at tlannefeld@tremontoncity.gov prior to the hearing. Alternatively, comments can be delivered to the Tremonton City Offices at 102 South Tremont Street during regular business hours.
