
SUMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE
Logan Municipal Council
The following ordinances were adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council,
Logan, Utah on July 21, 2026.
ORD. 26-10 – REZONE – Stetson & Kamilah Anderson, authorized agent/owner zone change
for a .31-acre property located at 595 West 200 North from Traditional Neighborhood Residential
(NR-6) to Mixed Residential Low (MR-12) to allow a total of three residential units within the
Ellis Neighborhood.
ORD. 26-11 – REZONE – Tony Johnson/Alliance Acquisitions LLC, authorized agent/owner,
zone change for a 1.76-acre property located at 185 East Cache Valley Boulevard (Old Mann
Project) from Commercial (COM) to Mixed Use (MU) within the Adams Neighborhood.
These ordinances shall take effect immediately upon publication. Full texts of the
