The Paragonah Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Sept. 30, 2026, to discuss a petition to vacate a portion of a road, according to a notice published Sept. 18.
The hearing is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the Paragonah Town Hall, located at 44 North 100 West in Paragonah, Utah. The proceedings will focus on a petition submitted by Nancy and Tony Dalton and Shawn and Missy Robinson.
The petitioners are seeking to vacate approximately 16 feet west of their existing properties on 200 East. This area is situated between the 200 North intersection and the north end of their property that abuts the Mounds Subdivision. The goal of the petition is to align the street frontage between the original north Town boundary and the 1991 Mounds Subdivision road.
A copy of the petition is available for public inspection at the Paragonah Town Hall. Individuals with disabilities requiring special assistance for the hearing should contact the Paragonah Town Clerk at (435) 477-8979 at least 48 hours before the meeting.
