The Richfield City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026, according to a notice posted Sept. 18. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Richfield City Center Council Chambers, located at 75 East Center Street.
The meeting agenda includes a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the water ordinance regarding surplus water used outside city limits. Additionally, the council will consider approving a ground lease agreement for space #8 at the airport for Kelly Crane to construct an 80x80 hangar. The council is also scheduled to review a CIB report concerning funding for a new fire truck and a Planning Commission report.
Other items on the agenda include approving minutes from the Aug. 25, 2026, meeting and approving warrants and cash disbursements for May and June 2026. The public is invited to participate in the meeting. Individuals requiring special accommodations to participate should notify City Recorder Michele Jolley at least three working days before the meeting.
