The list featured several individuals from Michigan, including Raymond Kethledge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, Joan Larsen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and Robert Young of the Michigan Supreme Court (Ret.).
Utah figures included United States Senator Mike Lee and Thomas Lee of the Utah Supreme Court. Other individuals on the list included Amy Coney Barrett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Brett Kavanaugh of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Additional names included Keith Blackwell of the Supreme Court of Georgia, Charles Canady of the Supreme Court of Florida, and Steven Colloton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Allison Eid of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and Britt Grant of the Supreme Court of Georgia were also listed.
The list also contained Raymond Gruender of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, Thomas Hardiman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and Federico Moreno of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Other names included Kevin Newsom of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, William Pryor of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and Margaret Ryan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
The list concluded with David Stras of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, Diane Sykes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, Amul Thapar of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, Timothy Tymkovich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, Don Willett of the Supreme Court of Texas, and Patrick Wyrick of the Supreme Court of Oklahoma.
