ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND TENTATIVELY ADOPTING THE 2027 TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR THE GENERAL FUND AND OTHER BUDGETARY FUNDS OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF UTAH COUNTY, UTAH, AND SET A DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO DISCUSS THE 2027 CALENDAR YEAR BUDGET FOR THE GENERAL FUND AND OTHER BUDGETARY FUNDS OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF UTAH COUNTY, UTAH, FOR WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2026, AT 2:00 P.M.
