Five inmates at the Utah State Correctional Facility have been charged with aggravated assault and obstruction of justice after they attacked another inmate and worked to cover up his injuries. Jose Anguiano, 33, Carlos Grijalva, 32, and Alejandro Moore, 34, are each charged with aggravated assault by prisoner and obstruction of justice.
