Poll shows voters are turning on Amendment B after big spending by opposition

The group opposing Constitutional Amendment B, which would make it harder to pass ballot initiatives that raise taxes by requiring 60% support from voters, spent $3 million opposing the measure, most of it from a D.C.-based "dark money" group. It appears to be working, with a majority of Utahns now opposing the amendment.
