DUCHESNE COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — The three individuals killed in a head-on crash on SR-40 last week have been identified. on August 28th, an eastbound Black 2003 Peterbilt Semi Truck drifted off of SR-40 to the right near milepost 82. The truck hit the guardrail and the driver overcorrected, driving into westbound traffic.
