LAKE POWELL, Utah (ABC4) — Recent storms brought historic flooding to southeastern Utah, sending a surge of water into Lake Powell and giving the reservoir a much-needed boost. Lake Powell has risen nearly 20 feet since the beginning of October, but despite the increase, the reservoir remains at only about 26% capacity.
