UFRA Daniel Gallegos- Quick updates on fire 1 & 2 Class. Great passing rates for both classes.
Finishing up hazmat classes. Second class starts November 4th. Classes moved from Canvas
to the Fema site.
Max Lewis- One thing I had on the list, new shift ticket books, if you got on a big incident they
will require you to have the new shift tickets. Digital copies or digital versions you can download
them. Gunnison has used them and it worked well. Please reach out to Zack or Jed for
questions with it. One thing we can improve on is parking, no blocking roads, keep road ways
clear, if you're going to park in an area just make sure you are backed in so that you can see
and move quicker. Also, remember when you are responding to all wild land to switch over to
the state.
Josh Allsop- Sent email to all Chiefs, he appreciates everyone getting back to him on his email.
Zack Jensen- Approval of New Brush Truck Location. Getting bids for these trucks right now,
received one bid, waiting on two other bids that we will have next month. Discussion on where
we need to put the truck. Elliot put in the work going around to all the departments to see what
would be a good place for the 3rd brush truck. Motion to put brush truck in Sterling- Jeff Cox
Seconded by Jay Bartholomew all in favor, motion carries.
Jeff Hermansen- Fire one and two class gutted one of the intake valves on the truck. They got
two bids to have it fixed. Zack- he feels like we should fix this since we utilize all of Ephraim’s
stuff since we are holding the classes here. Motion to approve invoice for intake valve
(taskforce) to be fixed for Ephraim’s fire truck- Shawn Robison Seconded by Shad Hardy all in
