The Arts Council of Park City & Summit County will celebrate 40 years of supporting and cultivating arts, culture and local artists with a birthday party on Wednesday. One of those artists is photographer and longtime Parkite Mark Maziarz, who shifted from commercial photography to fine art photography over the past 11 years.
