The Syracuse Redevelopment Agency is scheduled to meet on Oct. 13, 2026, to conduct business regarding local real estate and tax incentives. According to a notice posted Oct. 8, the meeting will take place at Syracuse City Hall and via Zoom.
The meeting is scheduled to start at 6:00 p.m. and will occur immediately following the Syracuse City Council Business Meeting. The session will include two public hearings regarding a property located at approximately 1862 W. 1700 S.
The first hearing involves Proposed Resolution RDA26-03, which seeks to authorize the purchase of approximately 1.526 acres of real property at the 1862 W. 1700 S. location. The second hearing, Proposed Resolution RDA26-04, involves the sale of the same 1.526-acre property to CT Eatz Holdings, LLC.
In addition to the property transactions, the agency will consider Proposed Resolution RDA26-05. This resolution authorizes a property tax rebate for a restaurant intended for construction at approximately 1862 W. 1700 S.
