PRICE – Urban Threadz Boutique officially opened its doors on Thursday, Oct. The Carbon County Chamber of Commerce was on hand to welcome the new boutique and commemorate the occasion with a ribbon cutting ceremony. We do have brand-named, fun, fresh outfits at a reasonable price, said store owner Brooke Martinez.
