The Leeds Town Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, to consider a conditional use permit application, according to a notice published August 28.
The proposed application, submitted by Nate Blake, involves the establishment of a private cemetery on a rural residential lot. The hearing is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. at Leeds Town Hall, located at 218 North Main Street in Leeds, Utah.
Copies of the proposed application are available for public review at Leeds Town Hall during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Interested individuals are encouraged to attend the hearing at Leeds Town Hall or submit written views to the Leeds Town Clerk/Recorder prior to the meeting.
