While basic registration records are public, certain personal information is kept strictly private for all voters and is only disclosed to government entities for election administration. This private information includes Social Security Numbers, Driver’s License or State ID Numbers, full dates of birth, email addresses, phone numbers, and signatures.

Rich County utilizes an all-by-mail voting system unless voters have opted to vote in person. The Republican Party scheduled a Primary Election for June 23, 2026.

Additionally, the Rich County Clerk’s Office announced it would conduct a Logic and Accuracy Test on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Rich County Courthouse in Randolph. This testing is intended to verify that all election equipment functions correctly and records votes accurately before the upcoming election.
