SAN JUAN COUNTY, Utah, Nov. 2, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson has issued a emergency election accommodations for San Juan County voters who have not yet voted, and who want to vote on Tuesday, Nov. 3, but are blocked due to the recent flooding. The emergency declaration will allow affected voters in San Juan County to receive and return their ballots electronically.
