PAROWAN, Utah (ABC4) — SCARECROWS, SKELETONS AND SPOOKS, OH MY! Parowan began its annual Main Street Scarecrow Festival on Oct. 2, and as Halloween creeps up on us, ABC4 took a stroll down Main and met some friends made of straw along the way.
