Sierra Bonita Elementary families are being invited to support local teachers through classroom wish lists, according to a notice from the Sierra Bonita PTA.
The PTA stated that teachers have identified specific supplies and materials that would help improve their classrooms. Families can view individual teacher lists by selecting a teacher's name on the school's website and sign up to donate items. Once items are purchased, they should be delivered directly to the teacher.
In addition to classroom teachers, the PTA encouraged support for specialty teachers, including Art, STEM, Music, PE, and Library. The organization noted that even small donations can help provide hands-on and creative learning experiences for students across the school.
