The Cedar Hills City Council is scheduled to hold a public meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. according to a September 25 notice.
The meeting will take place at the Civic Center, located at 3925 W Cedar Hills Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah.
The agenda for the meeting includes several scheduled items for review and action. Finance Director Charl Louw is set to present Resolution No. 10-06-2026A, which involves adopting Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Amendments. Additionally, the council will conduct a public hearing regarding the same resolution.
City Manager Chandler Goodwin is scheduled to present several items, including Ordinance No. 10-06-2026A regarding amendments to City Code Title 7-3A related to Storm Water Management. Goodwin will also present Resolution No. 10-06-2026B, which concerns adding, amending, or deleting certain fees to the Official Fees, Bonds, and Fines Schedule for the City of Cedar Hills.
Additional business on the agenda includes the review and action on the Waste Management Hazardous Materials Recycling Program. The council will also review the acceptance of public improvements and completion of durability for the Cedar Hills Gateway Subdivision Lot 7, as well as for the Cedar Hills Retail Center Subdivision, JW Properties Development.
The meeting will also feature a presentation and oath of office for the Youth City Council. The council is scheduled to review the minutes from the September 1, 2026, City Council meeting as part of the consent agenda.
